Technician came today and said that lines are in place but no connection tops are on our street. We have tried for 4 years to get xfinity services at our address and it says it is available. Only to be told by the technicians that we can't be serviced until tops are installed. It was escalated to the level 2 fraud department. When speaking to a representative in the fraud department, he helped me step through and figure out what happened.
