Nov 18, 2017. Depends what personal quest you're referring to. If the quest requires you to complete certain types of scenarios, then a failure doesn't count. If the quest requires you to do other things, like kill X monsters, then it doesn't matter whether or not you win or fail the scenario. Tip.
