Well, Flame of the Redmanes used to be good because it did great stance damage, but this was nerfed in a previous patch. Flame Strike can be used to apply fire to your weapon like Fire Grease does by using it then following up with a heavy attack. Useful for dogs and hands and some other enemies that freak out about fire.
