So I took the new 120 today and I'm feeling down as I scored 88% & I noticed that I have a huge problem with timing & attention span that made me feel like I am answering without really thinking. For my step 1 I scored 95% on this free test. I have not had such problem before.

I took the new free 120 and got a 58% 10 days ago, and I took the old free 120 offline today and got 72.5%. Wanted to see if other people had similar experiences. Every time they have ever retired old practice materials and released new ones, the new stuff has been markedly more difficult. Unfortunately this accurately reflects the exam. However, now when I click on the online module, the questions correspond to the "new" free 120, that says updated march 2020, and whose pdf appears when clicking on "for those testing after nov 11, 2020. Obviously I correspond to the "before" group since next week, but will test out the updated one too for some more practice.
Took Step 2 yesterday - old 120 was very easy, new 120 was more vague and felt more like the exam. I found the new Free120 was much closer to the exam itself (the old Free120 was much easier, and was still a good review, but it doesn't mirror the exam as well as the new Free120). FWIW, I had 3 questions on my exam that came directly from the new Free120 ... Prediction based on Old and new free 120. I think 240+ is safe but honestly depending how close to your exam this is, I think 250+ is reasonable with a shot at 260 if you get a favorable form on exam day. Not a lot to go on. I did both, the new free 120 is good for current question style and length.
