Electronic Health Records system was easy to navigate once I completed the training. LifeStance provided me with a laptop to work remotely. Cons. There is a hefty amount of documentation required for most clients. During my time at LifeStance, Medicaid documentation was reduced thankfully.For a mental health company to behave the way they do and treat employees with such disregard, this strikes me as really contradictory and odd. Don’t bother reporting harassment because it will be disregarded. This company is all about their money and it shows. I would not recommend LifeStance to my enemies.
