I barely used the tractor this year and can most likely get through the winter with using it just 50 hours for snow removal. Last time I changed the hydro fluid was 3 years ago. There is no, 4 years or 400 hour interval recommendation.The manual says to use 15W-40 above (I believe) 14 degrees F or something like that. I can use 10W-30 at pretty much all temperatures. Many people use 15W-40 all the time which may explain why you got what you got.
