I used FRER's for years when ttc and never got any kind of line when it was negative. If you were using a cheapo test then, yes, they have evap lines all the time. Go to target and buy up all the FRER's. Take a test tonight. Use a cup to collect your urine. If your urine is really diluted then don't waste the FRER. Good luck!! First-timer here and I’m planning to use a FRER to test at 10dpo and want to know what to expect. I think it’s an indent in the test when the test line would go. Once it gets wet it looks like a line. This was an indent line.

I'm pretty sure it was positive. Now this morning at 9 dpo I get a new FRER and it's the dark capped test! And it's so dumb I don't see a line but I do see a faint pink shadow.
