You're SPECIAL Glitch not working, please help. Fallout 4. I've done everything like it's said in this video but without success. I've cleared my inventory except those 2, named the knuckles x, manage the button press but when I press scrap instead of showing the Book it shows me a piece of iron. Am I doing something wrong? It is possible for you to scrap the SPECIAL book you find at the beginning of the game, drop it, pick it up and reactive the SPECIAL point and you can repeat... Remember that settlers only sell goods during certain hours, from 8 am to 8pm or something like that, after defense event settlers can get stuck in thankful dialogue for a day or two. If settler assigned to a shop and refuses to trade during the daytime try to assign them to farming and then back to the shop.
