I have the exact same problem currently in 3440x1440. I've been playing with Flawless Widescreen for almost one year no problem (playing offline with EAC disabled of course). But since patch 1.08.1, even if I updated to the latest Flawless Widescreen version, the game run in standard resolution with black side bars.
