It is really easy if you only want physical gems. Of course you probably won't get the very top tier gems. But you can get 25,3% gems with a curse from the fat guys in the pthumeru ihyll root chalice with fetid/rotten/cursed rites (this works only if you completed the chalice dungeons xD) If you are lucky there is a naked fat guy in the dungeon who can drop 26,4% physical gems with a curse.Once you get into the specifics of Blood Gem farming, suffice to say that you'll be in it for the long haul. 1 Make Sure You Keep Track Of -And Equip—Those Blood Gems
