I had a stock 365 and was planning on adding a straight trigger either way but I first went with the AC version because "it looks cooler" than the Sig factory straight trigger. Only you can convince yourself that you need a flat trigger. Personally, I considered picking up a flat trigger but the factory trigger in the P365 works rather nicely. Just didn't see the need. I also have a P320 X-Carry and while I like that trigger too, it doesn't create a conflict. Go with your gut.
My P365 had 1000 rounds no failures. Then I installed the MCARBO springs and Sig flat trigger. started having failure to fire with Winchester 115gr, one failure every 20-25 rounds. Went back to stock striker spring, kept the other two MCARBO springs in. 300 rounds later no failure to fire, same Win 115gr.
