I was a loyal customer of straight talk over 5 years with multiple lines for my family. On 1/2/24 I switched to a new provider, I called straight talk 4 times to get them to cancel my phones and stop drawing payment from my account. It has been a nightmare to get them to cancel the account and stop payments.
