This is with oem mags and 124 grain ammo. I don't remember when this gin was new and running irons. Have a 507k on it now. Of course it's an mos model and should run regardless. I am worried that the finish on my G43 slide wont be as nice as a new G43X. 3. The front slide serrations are not there. I really like the look of them on the G43X. 4. The G43 slide is not beveled so it wont match the new G43X frame I'm getting. Even then you likely cannot physically move the slide with similar force nor speed as a round firing. Those 43 springs are tight and short. They have to be to absorb more recoil from the small, light, slide. After 100rds or so, it’ll break in and smooth out. I couldn't but help overhear a conversation (at my LGS) someone saying that the Glock 43X (perhaps Glocks in general) when brand new should be "broken in" by firing at least 350 rounds (Yikes!) of BALL ammo before being reliable enough for loading with "Personal Defense type Ammo".The only issue I have in this is that it is Glock and in this case a 43x and 48 built on the same platform with many of the same internal components.
