I asked the Glock Amour on staff if they fit the sf models, and he said yes. I got home put then on and found out quickly they do not fit sf models.

I change the triggers to a 21sf, I prefer the smooth trigger, add a polished minus connector. A Wolff reduced power spring kit, and at 4#minus , I usually am about 3-1/2# after 2000 rounds of use.

According to Glock the 30S was designed for the LAPD's SIS and my understanding is they use 230 grain +P HST's in all their 45s. It would make sense to me to run the same ammo.
