I plan on using Ghirardelli Brownie Mix to bake brownies in a non-stick aluminum 8.5" x 4.5" x 2.75" pan. All the instructions I can find are for 8" by 8" or 9" by 9" square pans. How should I adjust the instructions for my different size loaf pan? Drop the temperature by 25 degrees and expect to bake it at least 50% longer.
