The apartments rent was 1480$ (2016 prices; probably are higher now) which included all utilities except laundry which was in the basement and reasonably priced. I believe now they give a free TV service too. The building and the units both very quite awesome imo. Small though. The convenience was good.Update: I was accepted off the waitlist yesterday!!
