I’m having the exact same issues after a recent sync 2 to sync 3 upgrade on my 2013 F150. I’ve done some research and the common denominator seems to be the APIMs that are “Gen4” which were manufactured after June 2018. I have been meaning to provide an update. It is either Sync3 software version 3.3 or the Gen4 APIM.
