I have a 2018 Subaru with the factory hitch. Tow a Kayak trailer and a pop up tent trailer. While the warning and emergency braking is annoying you can continue to back up after it stops you. Subaru wisely gives you the knucklehead option to back into a wall, or back a trailer up, by letting you override the system with continuous light throttle.Help me with my 2016 base wrx sti 122k problem. One possibility - the mounting brackets for those two sensors are damaged and can't hold the sensor in place and they come unclipped. The mounting tabs are held on to the inside by adhesive.
