Make a rough roadmap of what Bard multiclass feats you want, then every time you need to select a Rogue feat, you look at your available options and decide whether there's a Rogue thing that's just too good to pass up, or whether you'd rather go progress that Bard roadmap. However, the bard at my table is happy to fire tons of magic missiles, as they are virtually inevitable damage. Just keep in mind that, unlike D&D 5e, bards in PF2 are full casters. They don't get the capability to really impact things in melee combat unless you pick up some form of archetype.
