I went on a Cajun Encounters tour and it was amazing! Our guide was so knowledgeable and funny. I would recommend one of the smaller tours on an airboat. The bigger cheaper party boats have like 20 people and it's not worth it. There is a really cool kayak tour of the swamp in Manchec. You might check that one out too.
