Just took it. I sparingly did MKSAP through residency like maybe a total of 200 questions in 3 years and did exclusively uworld. Got about 67% right first pass through like 77 percentile and then did incorrect and read through board basics one time. Test was super annoying. Mksap was better for learning knowledge. Knowledge plus was better for review. Their learning algorithm will feed back questions that you are likely to have forgotten making review simple af. Mksap is probably better for learning from my experience.
