Moving pass coverage to right will tighten up coverage. Moving Pass Reaction to the left will make the defense react to the pass more quickly. Moving it to the right makes them react faster to the run. So, if you are moving both to the left you are loosening pass coverage a bit, but it could be made up with having them react to a pass faster.
