Litter robot blinking yellow and red.

Hi, my litter robot 3 is flashing yellow very quickly and it does not work. I tried cleaning the contacts for the punch detector. But it remains doing the same. I tried reset, switching it off completely ; it goes back to flashing yellow quickly. Can you please advise. The other 2 possibilities is the hall effect sensor for the dump position have failed. The other one is the magnet in the globe was installed in the wrong polarity after being dismantled and cleaned. Check the first, second and fourth suggestions and if all else fails it could be the hall effect sensor or its wiring.
