The bar is crap, but if you remove the shoe and install it on your OEM bar, it makes a very comfortable shoe. KM Tactical has them for $12-16. I highly recommend the Johnny Glock/Ranger Proof Vex shoe if you can afford it. It makes a huge difference in overall trigger feel just by itself.

So I’m debating between a fully Johnny Glocks with the Vex shoe or just getting an OEM minus connector and a Vex shoe. I need a new housing and ejector as well. I talked with JG and they told me the housing, ejector, plunger, and connector are all OEM. Which I like but it feels odd to pay $160 for some upgraded springs and a polishing job lol.
