Ended up the drill was in excellent condition (yellow paint on inside of the steel and packer wheels, all drop tubes (big and small seed), and was stored inside for the last 40 years. No mouse nests inside the seed boxes. Anyway, this card board seeding rate was also inside the seed box in pretty good condition.
