Hello. As the subject shows, I have a 17 R5 purchased in 02/19, out of warranty now, which from yesterday refuses to power on. The ac adapter light is on while in power socket. As soon as i plug it in to laptop the light turns off and it does not power supply the laptop. The same situtation happens with the battery plugged and unplugged.

Somewhere along the way the case lights stopped working (both sides). The only light that works is the Alienware face power button that flashes briefly on startup and then remains off.. Playing with AWCC doesn't seem to turn on the lights. I read that there used to be a light testing program included with AWCC but it no longer is included.
