There is one motor. Two cables go into this one motor. One cable pulls the door open, the other cable pulls it shut. Look up this part on the internet, you'll understand better. The motor is located inside the panel near your 3rd row seat, near the wheel well. You don't need to replace the motor if you don't mind opening/closing it manually.

On the the other hand I drove Toyota sienna, and sienna's sliding doors open manually very smoothly. I own 4 Hondas , but I am very unhappy about the way honda treat their customer.
