Re: Truist credit cards. @T_Lab_89 First thing to do is call. You may need to go in branch to be verified in person or perhaps a CSR can verify you over the phone. I am preapproved for 5 of the cards at Truist but when I go to apply it says they can't verify me through their digital process.
