Cons: Roll pins make it difficult to remove this safety selector. The Forward Controls Design Ambidextrous AR-15 Safety Selector is one of my favorites. The design is incredibly well thought out, and it’s exceptionally durable. There’s also a 50-degree model, if you prefer a shorter safety actuation.
The issue with the AR9 and different triggers is from all the forces during recoil causing the disconnectors to release the hammer early. This is very prevalent with triggers that have a short reset.
