I just found out that apparently it's a common problem on them. I'm sad because I wanted it to replace my 43 as my edc but it is what it is. The problem with conversion barrels on a G21 or 41 slide is that the 45 ACP slide has a larger breech face and the extractors don't line up and don't get a secure purchase on the smaller 10mm rim. The frames are identical and the magazines are identical externally. A Glock 41 with a complete Glock 40 "upper" will be 100% reliable.They said about 25 rounds were fired with no problems. Being slightly dubious, I visited the range with two full boxes of Magtech .45 ammo (100 rounds). What followed was a wonderful demonstration of Glock reliability with NO FTFs or other issues. all mags worked great. My followup call to the Glock Tech was prompt and grateful.
