It was like a huge recycle of 101-105. I found at least 30 identical questions on 108. 109 was different but super easy. I had a friend take 110 and that was their lowest COMSAE, so maybe stick to those. 104 and 105 are harder for sure and I think people were getting more similar scores doing those two. For online, I'm pretty sure you can exit out of the test and it won't take away time. I took pictures of some of the questions before 'pausing' the test to look them over. Had a lot of MSK questions, quite a few neuro questions, very few OMM, ethics questions had 80% reasonable answer choices, quite a few male tumor questions.
