you can just look at light.gg there you see, which perks, barrels, mags masterworks etc. people use the most. i personally run enhanded unrelenting and enhanced incandecent. It's rolls are pretty middling. As long as you have incandescent it's going to be nearly as effective in pve, regardless of the other perks.Yea mini tool was really popular during haunted when it was the only craft able way to get incandescent despite the range/mag not being ideal.
