Sadly not. I tried to mod it. There are quite a few bugs. The most common one was double swinging melee weapons, and endless reload loops on guns. Maybe with a mod. I haven't played in a while, and I don't remember there being a 3rd person option/setting or talk of adding one. I'm fine with 1st person….
