Monster souls are so weak you need thousands of them to equal a single human soul's power. Humans cannot absorb human souls and monsters cannot absorb monster souls. If a human absorbed thousands of monster souls, that human would have the power that equals that of 2 human souls, but unless they can use magic, it would be useless.
