me and my partner have been playing the game and loving it but we have come to the conclusion sleight of hand doesn't really work in game well. there is a issue with pick-pocketing specifically I've wanted to steal some scrolls and those usually have a DC of 4 to 8 depending on my rogue build. i should be able to pass anything within this range because i have a +10 to sleight of hand. but ...

I'd pick something other than Urban Tracking if you already have expertise or proficiency in sleight of hand. So a rogue already gets proficiency in sleight of hand from the get-go (expertise even).
