The Wound Center at GBMC services the Towson and surrounding Baltimore County areas of Maryland. Specializing in pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, vasculitis, burns, compression, hyperbaric oxygen therapy and wound healing. With a large staff of physicians, doctors and nurses, patients can be assured that the staff will develop a treatment program based on the patient's individual needs.
UMC Visitation Policy. Visiting hours are 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. All UMC lobbies are now open. Effective immediately, visitor restrictions MUST BE OBSERVED. NO CHILDREN UNDER AGE 14 can visit patients in the hospital – without prior approval from the patient’s healthcare team. The only children who may come into the hospital are those needing care. Regular visiting hours are 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Designated visitors have 24/7 access. If you’re a designated visitor, you will receive a wristband that you must wear the whole time the patient you’re visiting stays in the hospital. Adult patients have no limit on total visitors.
