Pull the rubber at the base of the handle away from the column ,You should see a nut/ bolt at base ,I think it's a 10 mm tighten it up good. This will take care of the loose shifter.In the meantime, let's try a hard reset by disconnecting the battery terminals, touch them together, leave them disconnected for 10minutes, and have a helper vehicle use jumper cables to charge battery if available.
