Crunchyroll has had subtitles/cc the issue with this is when closed captioning (cc) is enabled then subtitles don't work. And vice versa. Now by federal law any show that airs on braudcast tv has to have closed captioning on streaming, so my hero academia seasons 1-5, attack on titen, and a few others have closed captioning but no subtitles.
