Using songs/tracks that you do not have a license for is also against the TOS. There have been no confirmed bans for either one, but that does not mean they will not happen in the future. That works to delete it from the Quest. Click the X then Sync with Beat Saber to update the game's internal list. That "syncing" shouldn't be confused with Syncing with your Bookmarks on Beast Saber. Than sync will download the song again. I think that's where the confusion is.
