Here is some advice, assuming you know very little about the game (just in case): Don't get dex higher than 45. Endurance needs to be high for roll plenty of roll dodges. You want to be fast rolling with a dex build. Vitality is probably your most important stat besides dex, since you'll be using very little armor. Uchigatana's description even says it.
