Gotta feeling those numbers probably don't line up for a lot of companies at the end of the day. Glad to see the topic of Direct Registration coming up in different communities. I strongly believe that direct registration is the most beneficial form of holding securities for long stock positions, and I hope more people start to research and hold shares this way.
