I have a lump on the right side between my ribs as well. I’ve never had an ultrasound or anything for it but three different doctors have told me that it’s just a harmless lipoma (I’ve had it for the past 3 years - maybe longer). The fact that you feel like you can move it is definitely a positive sign.
