Go to F12, at the shore, where two small waterfalls create a small lake. You can harvest Glowing Goop there. Climb the small cliff that forms the waterfalls and follow the river to the lake at E12. You can harvest Glowing Goop there too. I advise you to use the highest quality sickle you have for this, for efficiency.
