Jul 10, 2013 · Check these pictures from the service manual. The manual indicates a 19mm hex head on the tensioner which is reached from the bottom after moving bottom splash shield out of the way. Put a long 19mm or 3/4" box or open end wrench on the hex head on the tensioner and move wrench handle toward front bumper.
