The D&D BG3 video that went up yesterday touched on it a bit. I'm not 100% sure what the consequences are (because Minthara is one, and if taken a certain way, it becomes problematic for her). But... basically, the gist was that if Vengeance paladins stay silent and let things pass in conversations, they're going to break oath.
