After running the math I think the lowest hypothetical round running solo on the Easter Egg is round 12. The biggest bottleneck in the ee is the soul boxes step. I think each soul box for the eggs on solo needs 15 souls, making 60 zombies a requirement which you won't get unless you use 60 out of 63 zombies starting from round 2 to round 5.

IIRC you can go all the way up to and including the boss fight with 3, but to trigger the final cutscene by doing the step where everyone goes into beast mode and zaps stuff I’m pretty sure you need a 4th. Almost. 4 to finish the boss fight (3 or less and the gateworm won't spawn) and 3-4 for the final zap.
