The roller-lock platform has been widely respected as the preeminent design for over 50 years. Adopted for use across the globe, no other firearm of its type has been more successful. Thinking something like the Choate. Ish length should be fine though. A quick google search of MP5K specs (since it's not newer to the market) is 23.5" with the Choate stock or 22" with the B&T folder. So Yes, it will affect the SP5, MP5 and all clones. The problem with the SP5 is that it is imported and the new rule states that you can no longer attack a brace or stock on a "Pistol" Caliber Carbine if most of the parts are not made in the United States. May 16, 2022 · Thx guys! That was pretty much what I figured that everybody was using as a spot to do the engraving. Tar Heel State Firearms. Did my SP5 on the bottom of the trunnion just behind where the handguard stops so it's not covered up. Have to point it out when showing folks, just the way I like my SBR engravings.

That being said I absolutely love my AP5 SBR and have no regrets or interest in the HK. In many ways, yes, but it's personal preference. I'd rather have an AP5 now than wait years to buy an SP5. I'd even rather have 2 AP5's and a ton of ammo than an SP5.I have shot nearly 1300rds through this SBR and I have yet to clean it. Seems like such a simple fix. Rule #1 for NFA forms, put what is on YOUR FIREARM, not just something that's in the list. The eForm specifically asks for the Manufacturer, that is MKE. Century is the importer.
