But hub bore is smaller then on rams , so centers need to be bored out, but i saw plenty of sets on craigslist already bored out and ready to fit.

Somebody is trying to upsell you. You shouldn't need a 6 inch lift to clear 35s. 4 inch will clear 35x12.5 and if you're willing to do some slight fender cutting, you can clear 35x14.5. 6 inch lift should clear 37x14.5 possibly 38s. For the 8.25 front axle and the 9.5 rear axle, the 3.08 and 3.42 use the same carrier. For 3.73 and up you would need a new carrier.
